Trane Residential now offers realtors a unique service to help capture new listings and assist with the sale of existing listings. Now you can include in your client presentations a plan to enhance both the home value and buyer appeal with new energy efficient features.
Homes with 20 year old non efficient furnaces can be modernized with Trane Energy Star 95% efficient furnaces, heat pumps and CleanEffects air filtration. If the residential listing property qualifies for the Trane EarthWise Program, the homeowner investment may be deferred until the sale of the home or for up to 12 months.
The benefits of selling an energy efficient home that meets or exceeds energy star ratings, is a major sales advantage. Homes featuring Trane CleanEffects that eliminate up to 99.98% of the allergens in the filtered air including the flu virus will help present your listings in a more profitable category to both sellers and purchasers.

- 12 months deferred payment for seller.
- 10 year parts and labor warranty for the new homeowner (average value $850). Warranty is transferrable.
- EarthWise Home logo for print and online applications.
