We are a non-for-profit organization promoting educational programs to benefit new graduates and scholars for their international learning and working experiences mainly through opportunities in China.

Our programs, with specific require-ments, offer equal opportunities to all qualified applicants in regardless to their races, ethnics, religions, and political stands, as long as they have the abilities, interest, and open minds to embrace and enjoy different but unique cultures.
